" More than 20 years of use and the equipment is still operational for the extensions, high end products, blades, loppers, to renew regularly but normally for an intensive use and for a limited physical effort work as the equipment is so much performant and appreciated by the signatory and their team. " J'ai vu et essayer ce matériel. Vraiment hors concours par rapport à toutes perches connues. Qualité exceptionnelle. "

" It's the first tool I bought when I started my business and I still have the same pole today! We equipped the company with new poles with a growing team and the product is really well appreciated."

" A threatening branch is a relatively simple thing except that the staff from municipal services cannot go over a certain height, we need to call a tree pruner or rent a lift platform which is expensive to cut only one branch.
Today for a cheap price, it requires only one person!
Everyone recognizes the advantage of this tool which is part of security, municipal responsibility and ecological process."

" The DS Nature pole pruner should be part of every local authorities' municipal services basic equipment.
Usable in both rural (edges of overhead cables, roads, hedgerows) and urban (tree-lined avenues, parks and gardens) areas.
Without an engine, silent, robust and durable.
A real solution for sustainable tree management, in tune with today's environmental concern. "

Company head, expert in environment and hedgerows
" I've been an EEI poles user since their development, so more than 30 years. Whether it's the telescopic pole or the elements that screw together, I appreciate their lightness and strength. In 30 years of use, I've only had one problem, but that was user error: I pulled so hard on the pruner's cord while trying to cut a rather large branch more than 5 metres above the ground that the last tube bent slightly, preventing it from sliding back into the telescopic section. The screw threads are very well designed and do not weaken with use.
I have mainly used the poles for pruning and trimming beech, oak, walnut, cherry, service tree, hybrid elm, etc. I haven't used them on conifers as there aren't any in my woods. I use them every year.
Finally, I was able to adapt a ceiling brush to remove cobwebs at a height of over 9 metres (6 tubes of 1.5 metres placed end to end) and the whole thing remained sufficiently rigid and not too heavy. "

" As a hands-on person who does the work with his hands, I am very happy since 2008 with my helving pole pruner robust, light and practical."

" I've personally been using this equipment for 20 years.
Robust, rigid and durable, in short, relentless, it enabled me to enhance thousands of trees along the Atlantic coast.
Pines, oaks, chestnut trees, cultivated poplars, fruit trees, black locusts—all have seen these poles pass by."

" Testimonial from a modest forester on twelve years of using E.E.I. equipment.
I own a few plantations. For tasks such as pruning red oaks, maples, walnut trees and even alders, and trimming future conifers to around 3/4m then 6/7m during the first thinning, I first tried using the equipment I already owned, namely: a) a telescopic petrol pruner 3.90 metres and b) a manual telescopic pole 5m with Sandvik/Bahco blade. I quickly abandoned the first solution because it was too heavy, even with a harness and bowl, and difficult to handle. The second solution, perfect for a few fruit trees in the garden, proved a little disappointing due to the flexibility of the extended pole and the average efficiency of the saw.
Faced with several hectares and thousands of stems, I purchased a screw-in pole with a large constant diameter from E.E.I.: three 1.80 m aluminium tubes and one 90 cm tube, allowing for lengths every 90 cm.6m40 as well as ARS UV 32E blades.
Results: time savings (approx. 20/25 minutes over 4 hours of work and the same number of stems) and less fatigue due to greater efficiency thanks to the rigidity of the pole and the ARS teeth (approx. two fewer movements to cut stems of the same diameter). The time saved is also due to the absence of frequent adjustments to the pole length (see good forestry practices). For obvious reasons of foliage balance, it is advisable to prune in two stages, 4-5 years apart: using the same length each time is therefore not a disadvantage, quite the contrary. Personally, I did the first pruning with 1m80+90cm and the second at 6m with 2X1m80+90cm, i.e. approx. 5m including the blade. For the most deserving stems, I used all the tubes to prune up to 7m or even 8m on a few poplars.
NB: I prefer the short UV 32E blade because it is stiffer than the UV40, more agile without a beak in tight branch crowns, and the notch at the back of the knife allows you to pull harder on branches and ivy if necessary. "Guy P.
